Pastors Joel and Melanie Foust have been in ministry together for the last 13 years, pastoring in youth and young adults, as well as corporately. They are the Associate Pastors at Oceans Church, and have helped lead Oceans College since day one. They are passionate about training up disciples whose lives are visibly marked by freedom, godly purpose, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
